Aurelia Harbour Tower is a concept exploring a hospitality-led model of urban luxury living. Conceived as a slender waterfront high-rise with a strong podium-to-tower relationship, the project combines the privacy and dignity of branded residential living with the calibrated experience of premium hospitality. The concept is shaped around light, vertical elegance, refined circulation, and a calm architectural language designed to support long-term value.
This concept examines how a contemporary residential tower can borrow from hospitality without becoming theatrical. Rather than relying on spectacle or excessive form-making, Aurelia Harbour Tower is built around disciplined planning, layered amenities, controlled arrival, and a refined architectural identity. The project is conceived as a vertically integrated living environment where design, service logic, and resident experience are aligned from the first point of entry to the uppermost shared spaces.
The tower is imagined as a slender mineral form with softened edges, subtle tapering, and a fine inhabited vertical slit that introduces light, spatial openness, and elevated shared moments into the mass. This gesture gives the building its identity while avoiding bulk or monumentality. At the base, the plinth is conceived as a terraced podium that is lighter, more horizontal, and more porous—anchoring the tower through layered arrival, landscape, and shared programme rather than weight alone.
Programme
Aurelia Harbour Tower is structured around a clear podium-and-tower model. The lower levels accommodate arrival, shared amenities, curated frontage, service integration, and supporting back-of-house functions. Above, the tower combines premium residential floors with hospitality-led amenity layers such as wellness, social lounge, elevated dining, and exclusive gathering spaces. The organisation prioritises efficient core planning, clear public-to-private transitions, and a strong separation between resident, guest, and service movements.
Spatial Logic
The project is driven by a precise hierarchy of access, privacy, and use. Movement through the building is conceived as a sequence: open urban edge, controlled entry, quiet shared spaces, private residential levels, and elevated retreat zones. This approach ensures that circulation remains legible and conflict-free while strengthening both operational clarity and experiential quality. The result is a developer-legible planning logic that supports commercial value without compromising architectural refinement.
The interior atmosphere extends the same architectural discipline found in the exterior. Pale mineral surfaces, warm timber, soft metallic details, carefully placed contemporary art, curated objects, and integrated planting create spaces that feel calm, tactile, and enduring. The mood is intentionally restrained: elegant rather than decorative, sensuous rather than showy. Shared spaces are designed to feel closer to a private hospitality environment than a conventional residential amenity floor, reinforcing the concept’s hospitality-led identity.
Signature Hospitality Floor
Aurelia Harbour Tower’s signature hospitality level is conceived as a double-height sky lounge integrated within the tower’s vertical slit. This elevated social floor combines lounge, bar, restaurant, private dining, and a dramatic terrace with an infinity-edge overflow pool. The level is designed as a coherent hospitality environment for residents and selected guests, balancing panoramic views, operational clarity, and a private-club atmosphere. Its spatial organisation is anchored by a central core and a clear distinction between guest-facing spaces and back-of-house support.
